Inside Sales Representative (f/m/d)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Immersive Interactive. In this role, you will support our sales team and partners in selling our innovative immersive rooms. Your responsibilities will include providing essential information, assisting with proposals and quotes, issuing purchase orders and other documents, managing projects from initial lead to purchase order, and facilitating the communication of technical details. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of information and the successful execution of sales strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Immersive Interactive in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team and partners by providing detailed product information and resources.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of proposals, tenders, and quotes to potentialclients.
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies.
- Manage and track sales projects from initial lead generation to the issuance of purchase orders and other necessary documents.
- Ensure seamless communication between the sales team, technical departments, and customers.
- Train salespeople on product features, sales processes, and effective selling techniques.
- Conduct remote demos to showcase the functionality and benefits of our immersive rooms.
- Coordinate the flow of technical information to ensure all stakeholders are well informed.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Issue purchase orders and other relevant documents as part of the sales process.
Job requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an inside sales role or similar position.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, partners, and clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
- Experience in the technology or simulation industries is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to travel as required to support sales activities and client meetings.
